How do I earn points?
There are three ways to get points added to your account.

  • Being nominated by a co-worker.
  • Being given a co-workers points as a gift.
  • Being given points as a gift from a Manager.

How do I get my reward items?
Orders are sent to your management team for processing. They will either notify you how to claim your item, or deliver it to your location.

How do I submit a ticket for support?
You must be logged in to submit a support ticket. If you can’t login, use the “Lost Password” link on the login page.

Why does Internet Explorer 9 not let me log in?
To Fix:
– Inside Internet Explorer, click the Gear Icon in the upper right hand side, select “Internet Options”
– In the window that pops up, on the top there are some tabs, click “Security”
– Select the “Trusted Sites” icon (Green Checkmark), then click the “Sites” button
– A new window pops up, make sure to uncheck “Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone” near the bottom
– Type in https://app.rewardgeek.com and click “Add”
– Click Close
– Click OK
– Close IE9 and reload it for the change to take affect.
